The arrival day is all day, July 2nd, 2017, in Wemotaci.
In order to ensure a safe and pleasant stay, the Indigenous Inter-Band Games of Wemotaci 2017 commit to providing every participating community with the proper assistance, service and information.
Designated by the band council as Head of Mission, I certify that I read the general rules of the Indigenous Inter-Band Games of Wemotaci 2017 and that the information provided in the forms are exact. I also gave a copy of the rules to the Head of Mission and the chaperones who will be present at the IIGB.
The Head of Mission and chaperones commit to setting a good example and to have an attitude of constant supervision, care and safety toward the participants, which are under their care 24/7.
We also commit to taking complete responsibility of all actions and behaviours of each person in our community.

Each community is completely responsible for their delegation’s actions and behaviours. They also commit to refund any costs related to incidents caused by their delegation.
Depending on the severity of the incident, the community could receive a sanction and be suspended from the Indigenous Inter-Band Games of Wemotaci 2017.

I commit to fulfill my responsibilities and set a good example for the youth and everyone else present at the Indigenous Inter-Band Games of Wemotaci 2017. Furthermore, I authorize IIBG of Wemotaci 2017 to make arrangements for appropriate medical or surgical care in the case of an emergency, without having to obtain my authorization prior to those arrangements. I also authorize IIBG2017 of Wemotaci and the media on site to videotape or take pictures of me and to use that material for campaigns or other projects.

Softball
The IIBG of Wemotaci accept a total of eight (8) teams in the following categories. You can only register one (1) team per category.
A team can have a maximum of sixteen (16) players. Delegations must provide their own equipment. All bats are authorized. The determination of the host or visiting teams is random (coin).
Only three (3) practice pitches are allowed between innings.
In case of rain, the referee will come to an agreement with the two team captains and choose to end the game. If three and a half innings were already played and the host team is in the lead, the game will be considered played.
Basketball
The basket height is of ten feet. The number of players on the court is five (5). A team is consequently made up of a maximum of fifteen (15) players.
A team that is not present at the beginning of a scheduled match will lose by default.
Soccer
The soccer field is the size of a benjamin soccer field. The number of players on the field is of five (5). A team is consequently made up of a maximum of fifteen (15) players.
Dek Hockey
The IIBG of Wemotaci accept a total of twelve (12) teams in the following categories. You can only register one (1) team per category.
The number of players in the rink is of five (5), comprising one (1) girl. A team is consequently made up of a maximum of fifteen (15) players, comprising a minimum of two (2) girls per team.
Volleyball
The number of players on the court is of six (6). A maximum of six (6) substitutes is accepted. A minimum of five (5) players is tolerated to start or continue a game. A team that is not present at the beginning of a scheduled match will lose by default.
Canoe Racing
The IIBG of Wemotaci accept a total of two (2) teams in the following categories. You can only register one (1) team per category..
The length of the canoes is of sixteen (16) feet. The canoes are provided to the teams by IIBG2017, it is thus forbidden to use personal canoes for a race. There will be five (5) canoes available for the competitions.
Each competition start will take place as scheduled in the program. All participants must be at the starting line five (5) minutes before the starting signal.
The distance for the ENDURANCE competition in the cadet category is 1500 metres. For the juvenile category, the distance is 2000 metres.
The distance for the SPEED competition in the cadet category is 500 metres. For the juvenile category, the distance is 1000 metres.
Badminton
The IIBG of Wemotaci accepts a total of sixteen (16) athletes in the following categories.
With the shuttlecock, the winner can either serve or receive first, or choose the court.
Ping Pong
The IIBG of Wemotaci accept a total of sixteen (16) athletes in the following categories.
Each game starts by a two-minute warm-up.
The players are not allowed to speak loudly or strongly during an exchange (yelling, reflection, abrupt gestures, blow on the table, kick to the table, etc.)
Shot Put In the benjamin category (female and male), the weight is 2 kg. In the cadet category (female and male), the weight is 3 kg. In the female juvenile category, the weight is 3 kg. In the male juvenile category, the weight is 3,6 kg.
Discus Throw For all female categories, the discus weighs 1 kg. In the male benjamin category, the discus weighs 1 kg. In the male cadet and juvenile categories, the discus weighs 1,6 kg. All athletes must arrive fifteen (15) minutes before the competition.
Javelin In the female juvenile category, the javelin weighs 500 grams. In the female juvenile category, the javelin weighs 600 grams. All athletes must arrive fifteen (15) minutes before the competition.
